1) ELIGIBILITY & USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent that:

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any content without written permission.
4) ACCOUNTS & SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We may reclaim or change usernames at our discretion.
5) PRODUCT LISTINGS, PRICING, AND ACCURACY
We strive to display product information accurately, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, availability, or other content is error-free.
Color/appearance disclaimer: Product photos are illustrative. Actual color and appearance may vary due to lighting, manufacturing differences, and device/screen settings. These variations do not constitute a defect.
Prices and availability may change at any time. We may discontinue products without notice.
6) ORDERS, PAYMENT, AND ORDER LIMITS

We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, reseller activity, inventory errors, or risk management. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method (unless prohibited by policy due to fraud/abuse).
7) SHIPPING, DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, AND RISK OF LOSS
Your purchase is governed by our Shipping Policy (linked below), which is incorporated into these Legal Terms.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION:
Delivery is deemed complete when the carrier marks the shipment as Delivered (or equivalent) to the address provided at checkout.
RISK OF LOSS TRANSFERS UPON DELIVERY:
Once marked Delivered, risk of loss transfers to the customer, including theft, misdelivery after confirmed delivery, or loss after delivery confirmation. If shipping protection/insurance is offered and purchased, coverage is governed by the protection provider’s terms and claim process.
ADDRESS ACCURACY:
You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address. Address errors, undeliverable addresses, re-delivery fees, and returns caused by incorrect address entry are the customer’s responsibility as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES:
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees unless expressly stated in a written guarantee in the Shipping Policy.
8) IMPORT DUTIES, CUSTOMS, AND REFUSED DELIVERIES (HIGH IMPORTANCE)
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
REFUSED DELIVERY / FORFEITURE:
If you refuse delivery for any reason (including customs/import fees), the order may be considered forfeited and not eligible for refund, as described in our Shipping and Refund policies.
9) RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES (POLICY CONTROLS)
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund/Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms.
POLICY CONTROLS:
In the event of any conflict, the Shipping Policy governs shipping/delivery issues, and the Refund/Return Policy governs return/refund issues.

10) PROMOTIONS, COUPONS, AND FINAL SALE ITEMS
Promotions, coupon codes, and sale terms are subject to the conditions stated at the time of the promotion. We may modify or end promotions at any time.
Some items may be final sale / non-refundable as stated in the Refund Policy or on the product page.
11) PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not:

Submit fraudulent claims, false disputes, or abusive chargebacks

12) REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT (IF APPLICABLE)
If you post reviews or content, you agree not to post anything unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading, or infringing.
We may remove content at our discretion.
Limited license: By submitting content (reviews/photos/messages), you grant us a non-exclusive right to display and use it for operating and promoting the Services (e.g., showing reviews on product pages). We do not claim ownership of your content.
(This is intentionally narrower than the “sell/resell your image/voice” generator fluff.)
13) THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or transactions.

15) DISPUTES, CHARGEBACKS, AND FRAUD (BULLETPROOF SECTION)
CONTACT US FIRST:
Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact us so we can attempt resolution.
EVIDENCE SUBMISSION:
You authorize us to submit order records, tracking scans, delivery confirmations, address verification results, customer communications, and related documentation to payment processors, banks, and dispute platforms to respond to disputes/chargebacks.
FRAUD/ABUSE:
We may suspend accounts, refuse service, and deny claims where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, policy manipulation, or inconsistent statements. Abuse includes excessive disputes, false “not received” claims after delivery confirmation, and refusal-to-pay customs schemes.
16) DISCLAIMERS
THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services.
17) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
We are not liable for:

Carrier delays

Customs delays or fees

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Theft or loss after confirmed delivery (unless covered by purchased protection subject to provider approval)
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
18) INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Legal Terms, violation of laws, or infringement of third-party rights.
19) TERMINATION / REFUSAL OF SERVICE
We may suspend or terminate your access, cancel orders, and refuse service at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse, policy violations, or security concerns.
20) GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
21) DISPUTE RESOLUTION – INFORMAL + BINDING ARBITRATION (AAA) + CLASS WAIVER
Informal Negotiations:
Before arbitration, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally for 30 days after written notice.
Binding Arbitration:
If unresolved, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules. Arbitration may occur remotely or in Sheridan, WY unless required otherwise by law.
Class Action Waiver:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought individually. No class actions, private attorney general actions, or representative actions.
Time Limit:
No dispute may be brought more than one (1) year after the cause of action arises, unless prohibited by applicable law.
Exceptions:
IP enforcement, theft, piracy, privacy invasion, unauthorized use, and injunctive relief claims may proceed in court where permitted.
22) ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS & SIGNATURES
You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic agreements, notices, disclosures, and records satisfy legal requirements for written notice.
23) CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Legal Terms by posting a revised version with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
