Most Kawaii Stop orders are delivered within 8–15 business days after processing. Standard processing usually takes 0–4 business days, but made-to-order, preorder, cosplay, or specialty items may take longer before they ship. You’ll receive tracking once your order is on the way.

Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking number so you can follow your package.

Eligible return requests can be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Some hygiene-sensitive, custom, cosplay, or final-sale items may have restrictions.
