While our prices are competitive, shipping times may vary depending on your location and the warehouse from which your order is shipped. Typically, you can expect your package to arrive within 3 to 20 days, but this may vary based on the warehouse location.

*Please note: Some items from partner stores will incure shipping charge regardless of order size. We are unable to change this. Please reach out to us prior to placing order and we can see what we can do to lessen this charge.
Customs and Multiple Shipments:
Due to newly enacted 2025 U.S. tariffs, some items may now incur additional customs or import fees depending on their category, value, and destination. These government-imposed charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to refund orders due to refusal to pay these fees. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this potential cost.

- If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at no additional charge.

Refused Deliveries:
If you refuse delivery for any reason, including but not limited to customs fees, import taxes, shipping delays, or change of mind, your order will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
