Shipping Information
Every Kawaii Stop order is processed and shipped with tracking so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Express Shipping
Express delivery (7–14 business days) is available for $14.99. If an express shipment remains in transit for more than 14 business days, you may request a 50% refund of the express shipping fee only.
Orders ship from one or more fulfillment locations, including Asia-based warehouses, New York, and Los Angeles. Shipping times vary based on the warehouse fulfilling each item.

Returns & Exchanges
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier’s delivery scan. Requests submitted outside this window are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Item Condition Requirements:
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free of damage or odors, with original tags attached and in original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied or partially refunded.
Refund Options:
Store Credit: 100% of the item value, no restocking or processing fees.
Original Payment Method: 80% of the item value. A 20% restocking/processing fee applies. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns require approval through your customer account (RMA). Approved RMAs are valid for 14 days from approval. Returns shipped after the RMA expires are considered unauthorized and will not be refunded.
