Review Reward Terms

🧁 Eligibility

• You must have purchased the featured item from Kawaii Stop (proof of order may be requested).
• You must be 18+ (or have a parent/guardian submit on your behalf).
• Content must be original and created by you, featuring the Kawaii Stop product in your possession.

📤 How to submit

1. Email reply: Reply to your delivery email with your files and include your order number, or
2. Upload form: Use our submission form (link from your email or account page), or
3. Social post: Post publicly on Instagram or TikTok, tag @KawaiiStop, and include #KawaiiStopFam. Then email us your handle + order number so we can verify.

Tip: Good lighting, clear focus, and showing the product in use make approvals faster and more likely.

🎁 Rewards & content requirements

One reward per order. Submitting multiple types (e.g., video + photos) for the same order will be credited at the highest tier only.

✅ Approval & reward delivery

• All submissions are reviewed for clarity, authenticity, and adherence to these rules.
• Approved rewards are issued as store credit within 48 hours via email to the address on your order.
• If your submission needs changes, we may reply with simple edit requests (e.g., brighter lighting or additional angle).

⏳ Limits, timelines & expirations

• Submission window: Please submit within 14 days of marked delivery.
• Monthly cap: Rewards may be limited each month; approvals are granted while credits remain available.
• Credit use: Store credits are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be combined with certain promotions.
• Expiration: Issued credits expire 90 days after the issue date unless otherwise stated on the credit.

📜 Content license & permissions

By submitting or tagging content, you grant Kawaii Stop a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display the content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes. Where feasible, we may credit your handle or first name.

You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or control all rights in your content; (b) your content does not infringe any third-party rights (including copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights); and (c) any persons shown have given permission; for minors, you are the parent/guardian or have documented parental consent.

🚫 Prohibited content

• Content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or obscene.
• Content including third-party intellectual property (logos, music, visuals) without permission.
• False, misleading, or AI-fabricated depictions presented as real product usage.
• Dangerous activities or misuse of products contrary to safety guidance.

Kawaii Stop reserves the right to decline or remove any submission at our sole discretion.

🔒 Privacy, takedowns & changes

• See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
• Removal requests: email us with links/screenshots. We will make reasonable efforts to remove content from our channels prospectively; prior print runs or paid ads already in flight may not be retractable.
• These rules may be updated from time to time; the version posted here is the current policy.
