Express Shipping

Express Shipping Guarantee

If an Express shipment remains in transit with the carrier for more than 14 business days, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the Express shipping fee only.

• This guarantee applies solely to the shipping charge

• It does not apply to the product price, taxes, or other fees

• Claims must be submitted through customer support after the 14-business-day threshold

Orders ship from one or more of the following fulfillment locations:

• Los Angeles

Shipping times vary depending on the warehouse fulfilling each item.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages at no additional cost.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by the destination country

• These fees are not included in your order total

• Payment of these fees is the customer’s responsibility

Orders refused due to unpaid customs or import fees are not eligible for refund.

Incorrect or Insufficient Shipping Addresses

• A $3.99 reshipping fee applies if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

• If the carrier discards the package instead of returning it, the order is considered fulfilled

• No refunds are issued for address errors entered at checkout

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused for any reason—including customs fees, delivery delays, or change of mind—are considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
