Redeem sooner (and more often)

We kept redemption simple and reachable:

• $5 off → 500 pts

• $10 off → 1000 pts

• $15 off → 1500 pts

• $20 off → 2000 pts

This means you can turn a week of casual browsing, a birthday month, plus one order into real savings quickly.

VIP Tiers: perks that glow up with you ✨

The more kawaii you collect, the cuter the perks get. Here’s the new VIP ladder:

All tiers receive Birthday Month Double Points and Surprise Bonus Points.
Friend+ members also get access to Triple Points promotions. Higher tiers receive additional entries for our Refund Order Comp perk — Queen/King and Royal members get 2× entries.
