1. Eligibility

5. Delivery & Responsibility

Delivery is considered complete when the carrier marks the shipment as “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout.

Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer, including loss or theft after confirmed delivery, unless shipping protection was purchased and approved under its terms.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Address errors may result in additional fees or delivery complications.

6. International Orders & Customs

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or government fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders may begin processing shortly after placement. Cancellation requests submitted after processing begins may not be eligible for full refund as described in the Refund Policy.

17. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Before formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for 30 days after written notice.

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules.

By agreeing to arbitration, both parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, except where prohibited by law.

Claims must be filed within one (1) year unless otherwise required by law.

18. Assignment

These Terms may be assigned by Kawaii Stop LLC in connection with a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or transfer of ownership. Continued use of the Services after such transfer constitutes acceptance.

You may not assign your rights without our written consent.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

20. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic agreements satisfy legal requirements.
