This policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are accepted at Kawaii Stop. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility & Timeframes
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the carrier’s delivery scan.
Requests submitted after this window are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Item Condition Requirements
Returned items must be:

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied or partially refunded at our discretion.
How to Start a Return (RMA Process)

Log into your customer account and submit a return request (RMA).

Once approved, ship the item within 14 days of approval using a trackable shipping service.

Retain your tracking receipt until the return is fully processed.
Returns sent without approval, outside the approved timeframe, or without tracking may be rejected.
RMA Validity & Expiration
Approved return authorizations (RMAs) are valid for 14 days from the date of approval.

Returned items must be shipped within 14 days of RMA approval

Returns shipped after the RMA expiration date are considered unauthorized returns

Unauthorized returns are not eligible for refund or exchange
If an item is delivered to us after the RMA has expired, the return will not be processed. The customer may request the item to be shipped back at their expense. If return shipping is not requested within 14 days of notification, the item may be discarded or liquidated at our discretion.
RMA approval does not guarantee a refund; all returns are subject to inspection and compliance with this policy.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless:

The return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), or

The order is protected and approved under Kawaii Shield
Refund Methods & Fees
Store Credit

Issued for 100% of the returned item’s value

No restocking or processing fees

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Purchases made with store credit are final sale and not eligible for further return or exchange
Original Payment Method (Card / PayPal)

Refunded at 80% of the item value

A 20% restocking/processing fee is deducted to cover payment processing, fraud screening, and administrative costs

For orders with free shipping, the standard outbound shipping cost ($4.99) will be deducted from the refund

Customs duties, taxes, import fees, and Kawaii Shield fees are non-refundable
VIP Loyalty Members:
Eligible loyalty program members may have the restocking fee waived on qualifying returns.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If eligible, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired size or color.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Orders With Kawaii Shield

Lost packages: Must be reported within 30 days (domestic) or 60 days (international)

Damaged or stolen deliveries: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Claims are resolved according to Kawaii Shield’s coverage terms
Orders Without Kawaii Shield
If we made an error, contact us within 4 days of delivery with clear photos or video evidence.
Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
Cancellations
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund.
After 1 hour, orders may still be eligible for cancellation prior to fulfillment, subject to a non-refundable order processing fee to cover payment processing, fraud screening, and administrative costs already incurred.

The processing fee is the greater of $10 or 5% of the item subtotal, capped at $25

Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and optional services (including Kawaii Shield) are non-refundable
Orders that have entered fulfillment, production, or shipment can no longer be canceled.
Orders canceled due to inventory issues or fulfillment errors on our end are refunded in full.
Incorrect or Insufficient Shipping Addresses

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, a $4.99 reshipping fee applies once the package is returned to us

If the logistics provider discards the package instead of returning it, the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for refund or replacement
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
For hygiene, safety, or custom production reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
Adult Games, Beauty & Health Products, Bras, Children’s/Kids Clothing, Cosmetics, Cosplays/Costumes, Essential Oils, Gift Cards, Headwear, Intimates, Leggings, Lolita Dresses, Panties, Sexy Lingerie, Sexy Products, Skin Care, Swimsuits, Shoes, Figurines, Pre-Orders/Pre-Sales/Deposits, Reflective Clothing, Wall Scrolls, Wulfgar Props, Made-to-Order Items.
Product pages may also indicate non-returnable status prior to purchase.
Additional Policy Clarifications

Minor color variations due to screen settings and minor size differences (±1–3 cm) are not considered defects

Refunds are not issued for shipping delays, customs delays, or late delivery

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled, unless protected by Kawaii Shield

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility

Refused packages due to unpaid fees are not refundable
