At Kawaii Stop, your happiness is at the heart of everything we do. If you need to make a return or have questions about your order, please review our policy below. We’re here to help!


Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • How to Start: Log in to your account to begin your return. Once approved, ship your item to the address below within 14 days using a trackable service.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds & Fees

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, less:

    • 20% restocking fee

    • Original shipping cost (or $2.99 if your order had free shipping)

    • Any non-refundable customs, import, or Kawaii Shield protection fees


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene or custom production, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Adult Games, Beauty & Health Products, Bras, Cosmetics, Cosplays/Costumes, Essential Oils, Gift Cards, Headwear, Intimates, Leggings, Lolita Dresses, Panties, Sexy Lingerie, Sexy Products, Skin Care, Swimsuits, Shoes, Figurines, Pre-Orders/Pre-Sales/Deposits, Reflective Clothing, Wall Scrolls, Wulfgar Props, Made-to-Order Items.

Exchanges & Order Details

  • If you ordered the wrong size or color, please return the item in original condition and place a new order.

  • We are unable to refund for address errors provided by the customer.


Cancellations

  • Cancel your order within 1 hourΒ for a full refund.

  • Cancellations after 1 hour incur a 10% processing fee.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after shipping.

  • If the item is already being processed by our shipping department then the fee will apply.

Shipping Protection: Kawaii Shield

Add Kawaii Shield at checkout for extra peace of mind!
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, you’re covered.

  • Lost items: report within 30 days (domestic) or 60 days (international)

  • Stolen/damaged items: report within 7 days of delivery


Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Without Kawaii Shield)

If we made a mistake, please email us with photos or a video within 4 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and resolve your issue promptly.


Additional Notes

  • Refunds are not provided for minor color or size variations (1–3 cm), shipping/customs delays, late delivery, or change of mind.

  • Orders marked delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled unless Kawaii Shield was purchased.

  • Customs, duties, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility. Refused orders due to unpaid fees are not refundable.
