EU Consumer Rights Notice
For customers located in the European Union:
Under applicable EU consumer protection laws, customers generally have the right to withdraw from eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving their order.
However, pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized goods.
Many products sold by Kawaii Stop, including cosplay costumes, made-to-order apparel, custom-sized garments, custom-manufactured props, made-to-order Lolita fashion, and certain specialty items, are produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed. Once production begins, these items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded except where required by law.
Additionally, pursuant to Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons lose their right of withdrawal once unsealed after delivery. This may include cosmetics, skin care products, intimate apparel, lingerie, and swimwear where hygiene seals have been removed.
