Ordered the black Kuromi set for my daughter, specifically because the listing shows the bra-like clasp on the back of the top. She prefers the fit of that over the tube top style. When the item arrived, not only was the stitching of the face crude and sloppy, the top was the tube top style with no clasp. The ears are also not the same as pictured - they do not have the little circle part at the tips. To make matters worse, when I went to my account, there is no record of my order to initiate a return. I've emailed and called customer service but haven't received a reply to either communication so far. Beware ordering from this company!
