Refund options:
Store Credit: 100% of the item value (no restocking or processing fees).
Original Payment Method: 80% of the item value (20% restocking/processing fee applies). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns must be requested through your customer account (RMA). Once approved, the return must be shipped within 14 days of RMA approval.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or covered under Kawaii Shield.
