This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Kawaii Stop. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

We provide tracking on all shipments and aim to keep delivery timelines transparent and realistic.


Shipping Overview

  • All orders include tracking

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • Delivery is considered complete once the carrier marks the package as “Delivered”

  • Shipping fees cover transportation only and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.

Most standard items ship within 2–4 business days, though processing may take longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

For multi-item orders, shipping timelines are based on the item with the longest processing time.


Made-to-Order, Cosplay & Production Items

Certain items — including cosplays, costumes, and made-to-order products — are custom-produced after your order is placed.

For these items:

  • Processing time may extend up to 15 business days, depending on complexity and production requirements.

  • Production begins shortly after order confirmation, typically within 1 hour, as materials are allocated and work begins with our production partners.

Because production begins quickly, cancellation is only possible within the 1-hour cancellation window described in our Refund Policy.

Once production has begun:

  • The order cannot be canceled.

  • The item is considered final sale in accordance with our Refund Policy.

If there is a verified error on our end (such as sending the wrong item), we will correct the issue in accordance with our Refund Policy.

This structure allows us to offer custom-designed products while maintaining production efficiency.

Economy Shipping (Standard)
United States:
Estimated delivery: 12–20 business days
Most orders arrive within 12–16 business days

Express Shipping
Cost: $14.99
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
Includes tracking


Express Shipping Guarantee

If an Express shipment remains in transit with the carrier for more than 14 business days, you may request a 50% refund of the Express shipping fee only.

This guarantee applies solely to the Express shipping charge.
It does not apply to product cost, taxes, duties, or other fees.

Claims must be submitted through customer support after the 14-business-day threshold.

United States

  • Economy Shipping: $3.99 (Free on orders over $65)

  • Express Shipping: $14.99

International

  • Economy International: $4.99 (Free on orders over $100)

  • Expedited International: Available upon request


Shipping Origin

Orders may ship from one or more of the following fulfillment locations:

  • Asia-based warehouses

  • New York

  • Los Angeles

Shipping timelines vary depending on the warehouse fulfilling each item.


Estimated International Delivery Times

United States: 12–20 business days (most 12–16)
UK, EU, Japan, Nordics, Switzerland: 1–3 weeks
Brazil, Russia, Argentina*, Chile*, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Italy*: 1–4 weeks
All other countries: 1–6 weeks

*In rare cases, customs processing may extend delivery up to 2 months.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages at no additional cost.

Each shipment will have its own tracking number.


Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete when the carrier marks the shipment as “Delivered” (or equivalent) to the address provided at checkout.

Once marked “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled.

If shipping protection (e.g., Kawaii Shield) was purchased, coverage is subject to the protection provider’s claim terms and eligibility requirements.


Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by the destination country and are not included in your order total.

Payment of these fees is the customer’s responsibility.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs or import fees, the order may be considered forfeited and is not eligible for refund.


Incorrect or Insufficient Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • A $3.99 reshipping fee applies once returned to us

  • If the carrier discards the package instead of returning it, the order is considered fulfilled

No refunds are issued for address errors entered at checkout.


Refused Deliveries

Orders refused for any reason — including customs fees, delivery delays, or change of mind — may be considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund or replacement.


Delivery Delays & Exceptions

While uncommon, delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Regional or global shipping disruptions

  • Peak holiday periods

  • Carrier or postal service issues

Estimated delivery times are not guarantees.

Delays do not qualify for refunds unless explicitly covered under the Express Shipping Guarantee.

Customers requiring faster delivery are encouraged to contact support prior to placing an order.
