We ship worldwide, and every order includes tracking so you can follow your package after it ships.

Most standard orders arrive within 8–15 days after ordering. Please allow up to 20 days in some cases due to destination, carrier delays, peak-season volume, or items that need extra processing.

Some specialty, preorder, cosplay, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time before shipment.

Eligible return requests can be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Store credit refunds receive 100% of the eligible item value. Refunds to the original payment method follow our refund policy terms.

For hygiene, safety, or custom-production reasons, some items, including swimwear, intimates, cosplay, made-to-order items, and select accessories, may be final sale unless there is a verified issue with the order.

Every order includes tracking. Once your package ships, we’ll send your tracking number by email so you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery.
