Sign in and open My Rewards to view your points balance, available rewards, recent activity, current VIP tier, and progress toward the next tier.

VIP tiers are based on your qualifying spend from the program start date. As your eligible purchase total reaches each threshold, your tier updates automatically. Points earned from signup, social actions, birthdays, or other activities do not move you into a higher VIP tier.

Your unredeemed points do not currently expire. Once you claim a discount reward, the issued reward code expires after the period shown in your rewards account, currently 30 days. Used, expired, or canceled reward codes cannot be reused.

No. Reward discounts cannot be combined with other order, product, or shipping discounts unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Points earned from a canceled, refunded, or returned purchase may be removed from your balance. Any tier progress connected to that qualifying spend may also be adjusted.

Share your referral link with a new customer. They can receive $10 off their first order of $50 or more, and you receive $10 off a future order of $50 or more after their qualifying purchase is completed. Referral terms and eligibility rules apply.
