Returns & Exchanges
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s delivery confirmation). Requests submitted outside this timeframe are not eligible.
Item condition:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined or partially refunded.
Refund options:
Store Credit: 100% of the item value (no restocking or processing fees).
Original Payment Method: 80% of the item value (20% restocking/processing fee applies). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns must be requested through your customer account (RMA). Once approved, the return must be shipped within 14 days of RMA approval.
