Delivery timelines are estimates based on recent shipping performance and carrier transit times. While most orders arrive within the timeframe shown above, actual delivery may vary slightly depending on destination and carrier conditions.
If a package is marked delivered but you’re unable to locate it, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist you in working with the carrier.

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s delivery confirmation). Requests submitted outside this timeframe are not eligible.
Item condition:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined or partially refunded.
Refund options:
Store Credit: 100% of the item value (no restocking or processing fees).
Original Payment Method: 80% of the item value (20% restocking/processing fee applies). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns must be requested through your customer account (RMA). Once approved, the return must be shipped within 14 days of RMA approval.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or covered under Kawaii Shield.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
Carrier delivery scans are considered proof of delivery.
