    • Covers items that are unusable due to significant damage (e.g., broken, crushed, or irreparably bent).
    • Does NOT cover minor cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches or dents).
    • Compensation: Up to the value of the item(s) paid.

  4. Carbon-Neutral Shipping

    • All domestic shipments include carbon offsets for an eco-friendly shopping experience. 🌿
