  • 14 days to request a return from delivery.

  • 👗 Condition: Unworn, unwashed, tags on, original packaging.

  • 🚚 Return shipping: Customer pays (unless our mistake or covered by Kawaii Shield).

  • 💝 Store Credit = 100% back, no fees

  • 💳 Card Refund = 80% back (20% fee, shipping non-refundable).

  • Select VIP Members: Restocking fee waived.

  • ❌ Non-returnable: lingerie, beauty, made-to-order, Cosplay, clearance, etc.

  • Our Error: Full refund including shipping.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: Within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.

How to Start:

  1. Log in to your account and request a return (RMA).

  2. Once approved, ship your item within 14 days using a trackable service.

  3. Keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.

Return Shipping: Customer pays return shipping, unless the return is due to our error or is covered by Kawaii Shield.

Exchanges: Please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the size/color you want.


💳 Refunds & Fees

💝 Store Credit (Best Value)

  • Receive full value of your items back as store credit.

  • No restocking fee — every dollar goes right back into your account to shop again.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Final Sale: purchases made with store credit cannot be refunded or exchanged.

💳 Original Payment Method

  • Refunds to your card or PayPal are available with a 20% processing/restocking fee.

  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable (or $4.99 deducted if your order had free shipping).

  • Any non-refundable customs/import fees or Kawaii Shield protection fees will not be returned.

VIP Perk: Loyalty program members get the restocking fee waived on eligible returns (card or credit).


❌ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If You Purchased Kawaii Shield

  • Lost items: Report within 30 days (domestic) or 60 days (international).

  • Stolen/Damaged: Report within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll resolve your claim per Kawaii Shield’s coverage.

If You Did Not Purchase Kawaii Shield

  • If we made a mistake (damaged, defective, incorrect item), email us within 4 days of delivery with photos/video.

  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label and fix it fast (replacement or full refund, including shipping).


🛑 Cancellations

  • Within 1 hour: Full refund.

  • After 1 hour: Cancellations are not accepted.


📍 Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses

  • If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, a $4.99 reshipping fee will apply once the package is returned to us.

  • If the logistics provider discards the package (instead of returning it), a new order will be required and no refund will be issued for the original order.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or custom-made reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

Adult Games, Beauty & Health Products, Bras, Children’s/Kids Clothing, Cosmetics, Cosplays/Costumes, Essential Oils, Gift Cards, Headwear, Intimates, Leggings, Lolita Dresses, Panties, Sexy Lingerie, Sexy Products, Skin Care, Swimsuits, Shoes, Figurines, Pre-Orders/Pre-Sales/Deposits, Reflective Clothing, Wall Scrolls, Wulfgar Props, Made-to-Order Items.

📌 Additional Notes

  • Minor color/size variations (± 1–3 cm) are not considered defects.

  • Refunds aren’t provided for shipping/customs delays, late delivery, or change of mind.

  • Orders marked delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled unless protected by Kawaii Shield.

  • Customs, duties, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility. Refused packages due to unpaid fees are not refundable.
