Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after shipment.
Can I change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can update orders before they enter processing. Once an order is in production or shipped, changes are no longer possible. Production usually starts within 30-45 minutes.
My tracking hasn't updated in days
This is normal during transit, especially for international shipments. Tracking can pause for 3–7 days between scans. If there’s no update after 7 business days, reach out and we’ll check it for you.

Are your products good Qualliy?
We work directly with trusted suppliers and high quality manufacturers. If a product is returned, bad reviews, etc. we remove them as it is not to our standards.
Do you have a physical store?
No. Kawaii Stop is online-only, which allows us to offer a wider selection and ship globally.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order items display an estimated ship date on the product page. Your payment is collected at checkout, and pre-orders may ship separately from in-stock items
