RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
If your item does not arrive within 8 weeks of ordering, we can reship it, GUARANTEED!
You may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. DO NOT remove any tags from your items! If they are removed then the item is considered used and will be ineligible for a return. The buyer will provide a shipping label to get the item back to Kawaii Stop. 20% Re-Stocking fee applies on all orders.
We cannot accept returns on merchandise that was opened, used (tags removed), damaged, altered, modified, returned more than 30 days after delivery, the wrong size ordered, or changed mind about a product. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by using our contact us page and receive an RMA number before returning your items. Do not send the package back to our warehouse address that is on the parcel. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To maintain hygienic standards, we will not accept any returns or exchanges for items that are deemed to be of a hygienic nature. Other items we do not return include (but are not limited to):
- 30+ days past from original delivery.
- Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Bento Boxes
- Clearance Items
- Hygienic items
- Sale Items
- Special order items
- Used Items

The average processing time is approximately 3-7 business days, however, please note that the processing time may be affected by different factors, such as stock unavailability due to popular items, national holidays, etc. Some orders may take up to 10 business days to process. Please Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
We have multiple warehouses across Asia that have all of our goods ready to ship. This means that while our prices are low the shipping time is longer than what you may be used to. The typical package once ordered will be delivered between 10 and 60 days dependent largely on the destination country. If your item does not arrive within the three-month time frame, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost you. Please be patient in the event that the shipping times are longer. Due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays, shipping can sometimes take up to 2 months. Please refer to the guide below or email us if you have questions.

*Please note that tracking is not available for free international shipping on some items, usually lower priced items, in these cases a resend of the product can not be completed until we receive the item from you. We are unable to refund until we have the item delivered to us. It is up to the buyer to request a tracking number at an additional cost.
*Please be aware that due to the extra holding time imposed by Canada Border Services Agency, standard international packages may take up to 3 months coming to Canada from our warehouses in Asia.
*Please be aware that due to Customs clearance, parcels to Chile, Argentina, and Italy may be subjected to extra holding time.
*Please note we are unable to process a refund or an exchange for any order until the full 90 days have elapsed.
Your order may arrive in multiple packages. If your order is sent in multiple shipments, we will not charge you extra for each shipment. If you’d like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number or use our tracking page.
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country (happens rarely).
